COMPONENTS:
1 white candle
1 ink pen
1 piece of plain non-recycled paper
1 fire-proof cauldron
PREPARATION:
Beforehand, make up a rhyme or poem that sums up your need.
Try to be specific. It doesn't have to win any poetry awards, it just has to have heart.
Write it down on the paper.
PROCEDURE:
During casting, hold the paper in both hands and close your
eyes. Begin chanting your rhyme over and over in a low, quiet voice. Visualize bands of pure energy flowing from your chakras,
down your arms, through your hands, and into the paper. Watch in your mind's eye as the paper begins to pulse and glow with
the subtle force of Magick. Let your intent fill the paper to the point of bursting. Slowly begin to chant louder and faster,
louder and faster, building up to a feverish pitch. At the height of your chanting, gently lay the paper down on the altar
and pick up the candle. Begin dripping melted wax directly into the center of the paper...
"Candle of Magick, Candle of Might
Do grant my wish upon this night.
May Power flow from candle-fire
And grant to me my heart's desire.
My words are just, my cause
is won.
I now declare this spell is done!"
Fold the paper three times and thrust the corner of the paper into the flame. Drop it into the
cauldron and while it burns, chant....
"Zacaray Zodamran,
Odo Siclay Kiya!"
While the paper burns, many things will happen. The paper will refuse to burn up right away,
thanks to the wax. As it burns, and as its energy it released, the burning paper will glow brightly, turning a brilliant orange,
then gold, then a stunningly bright silver hue before it turns white as snow. When ashes are all that is left, take the cauldron
CAREFULLY outside and scatter the ashes to the winds. Trust the universe to make it so.
